The construction permit

In order to start any construction, it is necessary to obtain the construction permit.

The list of the documents needed to file an application for the construction permit:

1. Planning permission

2. Site location plan with the objects and installations in the area.

3. The architectural design of the planned building – 4 copies.

4. Technical utilities connection conditions.

5. The opinion of the Design Coordination Group.

6. The declaration of the right to administer the estate for the construction purposes.

7. The certified copy of the entry in Land and Mortgage Register for the own and the neighbouring estates.
